Apple cider vinegar is a staple in our pantry and I use it everyday. that along with coconut oil, raw garlic and goats milk kefir. I recommend it for several reasons including detoxification, improved digestion and for a quick burst of energy.

Also, I include apple cider vinegar uses for personal care reasons like moving product build-up from my hair, teeth and gum health and as a household cleaner.
